Vegetarian:What do you do?
Cannibal:I eat people.
Vegetarian: Are you a vampire?
Cannibal: Close.
Vegetarian:And your coming out of the....coffin?
Cannibal:Yes.
Vegetarian: So what will you tell people when they ask?
Cannibal: I'll call myself humanitarian just to keep it classy.

I like it! You made it so good dude. It could mean so many things. It could be actually talking about humanitarians. and actually about cannibals making fun of the two
